Hello, Genia. There is a meetup down in Palm Bay every other week. It would be a good setting for you to meet others who are doing what you want to do. @Priscilla Z. arranges the meet-ups. We have been doing rentals, while we have a couple Realtors who share their expertise, plus a lender or two, and a couple wholesalers. It is a great, sharing environment, with no up-selling.
