Hello everyone.  My name is Mike and I am an active duty Soldier with over 21 years of service.  I will be retiring from the Army in early 2017 and will be taking the plunge into house flipping.  Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  I look forward to sharing and chatting with you all.
