Hello my name Sean Segers and I'm from Marietta, Georgia (Atlanta Area).  I am here to learn more about real estate, currently focusing on the wholesaling process.  I plan on leveraging past experience cold canvasing, interacting with the public and utilizing my mechanical aptitude to open new doors.  Even though I'm considered an SME in my career field of Aviation, I'm still humble and down to earth.

Hey, Sean - welcome to BP!  There is a meetup up this way the 4th Monday of every month, now meeting in Canton.

The past meetups have been a good mix of flippers, buy-and-hold investors and wholesalers.  Usually a few agents there as well.  Might be a good start to networking with other investors!
