Newbies in Omaha Nebraska
Hey everyone! My wife and I are starting to look for our first investment property and came across this site. I am active duty military and really want to start on my path to financial freedom so when my contract is up I will have real estate to fall back on.
Is there anyone else here in Omaha? We would like to find a multifamily or SFH that can be fixed up and then rented out. Anyone will any information about the market here in Omaha? Thanks everyone and look forward to work with you all in the future!
