Hi all. I am a new member on Big Pockets, living and investing in multi family homes located in Northern New Jersey.
My wife and I have three multi family rentals.
Hi everyone! I am also a new member to Bigger Pockets, and its great to see so many real estate folks in NJ! I am in South Jersey, and would love to connect, and get more information about rent ready, 2 or more units already rented and looking to wholesale these types of properties!

@Grant Ed, welcome to the Bigger Pockets community! I second @Gary Harris' suggestion to join a Meetup or local REIA. Great way to meet other investors in your area. Would love to hear more about your multifamily experience. Please tell us more.

I hold both groups in Westwood, NJ which is in Bergen County. The New Jersey Real Estate Wholesalers Network I plan on having a meeting in Northern NJ (Westwood) then having a central or southern NJ meeting place as well.

@Gary Harris I am in Rockland County, NY. I work in Orangeburg which is very close to Westwood, NJ. I too would love to attend the meetings in Northern NJ.
