yes i am new to investing i want to partner with someone who is interested in mobile homes aka modular homes i hope that word MH does not scare you  i want to start flipping them have been educating my self with books and soforth this is an often over looked segment of realestate is there anybody out there. HONESTY IS OF PARAMOUNT.thanx and have a beautiful day EDWARD TORRES
