Hello All,
My name is Javier Rodriguez. My wife & I are pursuing an interest that we have had for several years. We would like to start flipping properties, and eventually buy & hold. Although we are new to the investing side, we do have some experience with real estate. My wife worked early in our marriage as a RE broker's assistant, and recently became a licensed real estate agent with one of the largest firms in the area. I am a former licensed residential appraiser that suffered from the 2008 crash. I currently work in an unrelated field, but am excited to get this going and to see where it leads.
