Hello All,
My name is Javier Rodriguez. My wife & I are pursuing an interest that we have had for several years. We would like to start flipping properties, and eventually buy & hold. Although we are new to the investing side, we do have some experience with real estate. My wife worked early in our marriage as a RE broker's assistant, and recently became a licensed real estate agent with one of the largest firms in the area. I am a former licensed residential appraiser that suffered from the 2008 crash. I currently work in an unrelated field, but am excited to get this going and to see where it leads.
My wife and I are actively looking for deals, so if you're a wholesaler that has a potential project in the Greater Houston and surrounding areas please contact us to discuss. We are also looking to work with any out of state investors that need an agent or need help finding contractors, etc.
