New Member in South Florida
Hello Everyone,
I am newb here, i have been on this this site for couple of hours now so i had to join! i think this is the best site for Real Estate for Networking, Mentoring, Support and the list goes on.
My name is Menashe Miltz i just moved to South Florida from New York, i have always loved real estate i was working in NY for a private investment firm doing hard money loans. i decided to move down to South Florida about 6 months ago to get into the real estate market, I just started working for Mazor Realty established in 2004 with a great reputation with clients which was very important to me. We specialize in Pre- new construction and i specialize in investment properties. i have a group of investors that i find deals for and i do a little investing myself. i am just starting the learn the market here so if anyone has any advice i enjoy learning about real estate and i love to help when i can.
