New Guy in Miami Florida
Hi all this is Chidi Ben from Miami. I'm brand new to investing and real estate. I'm a newly licensed RE agent, entrepreneur, and student studying computer programming. My primary interest in real estate was to help my family manage their current re investments, but now reading through BP I see how much potential there is in this business.
If there's anyone who needs any kind of help in their business I am eager to learn. If there's something of value that you think I may be able to provide to you, marketing, web design, general errands, photography etc. I would be more than happy to help in exchange just for some knowledge and to gain experience.

Welcome @Chidi Nwadike! Sounds like you are off to a great start! I suggest getting out there and networking with other investors, figure out what niche you want to be involved in, and then get close to the people doing what you want to do. Best of luck!
