Wholesaler from Houston Texas

I moved to Houston 3 years ago from San Diego and since then I have purchased a home and wholesaled one deal. I want to build up my rental portfolio over the next five years to acquire 10 cash flowing rentals. I plan to do this by wholesaling to build up enough money while acquiring 2 to 3 rentals every year.

I enjoy my day job but I really want the freedom to do what I want when I want so I am looking for away to make that happen.

As a new investor myself in Houston, I need suggestions on easy sources to get seller current contact info.
