Hi everyone! My name is Riley and I just joined not too long ago. I currently reside in the Seattle area and I'm looking to make my mark within the real estate industry.

I just bought my first property last October and am currently renting it out. I'm currently looking to expand my knowledge and grow my expertise with like minded people and hopefully grow into a successful real estate investor!

Currently I'm trying to find another house to live in, but the Seattle market is so hot and crazy right now, frankly I don't quite know if I should try and wait it out or find a deal on a house I can get right now.

I love making new friends and connections so feel free to reach out so we can connect.

The landlord/tenant laws in the City of Seattle and the price make it a very difficult place to invest.  There's still cashflow to be had in Tacoma and Everett.  And at a cheaper price point too.
