New BP member from Bucks County PA
I am new to Real Estate investing but have been reading and watching everything i can over the past few months while i saved up for my down payment. I am now in the market for my first Multi Family Home and eager to start down the road of investing and buying units.
If any members are in my area i would love any help/advice you have to offer me

I'm a New REI in the area as well and would love to network with anyone looking to grow together. I have been looking for some REIA groups in Lower Bucks County but I haven't seen much. Would you guys be interested in getting together at some point in the future and orchestrate a group in order for us to network in our area?
