New Member: Developer from Ithaca, NY
Hi BP members! My name is Sam Clement and I'm a commercial developer from Ithaca, NY. After graduating from Cornell University I got involved in real estate full time and have been working on developing full scale projects at my company, Visum Development. Our market has been extremely generous to us, as it has low vacancy, high income/job growth, and growing demand from both Cornell University and Ithaca College. At this point in time we are poised for growth with a variety of strong development projects in our pipeline and the team in place to execute. Our biggest challenges for the future are with financing (specifically private lenders), and moving to new markets in a few years when we have outlasted the growth potential in Ithaca. Thank you @Sam Clement. Emma's Acres has been a spectacular investment. The income is great and it is becoming the wonderful community that I always envisioned. I only wish I could grow it quicker to meet demand.
