Greetings all!
Was driving up to a wedding in Danvers, MA yesterday and my fiance told me she was searching for a real estate podcast to listen to, found biggerpockets.com, and here I am less than 24 hours later. What a freaking site, haha.
About me, I am an advertising copywriter by trade, real estate investor by ambition. I am a total newbie who never envisioned this as my life. In December 2014, I bought a duplex, of which I rent half and live in the other half. Best decision I've ever made.
Now I am here to continue my growth, expand my holdings, and somehow do it all with very little in the bank. I can't offer much in terms of shared knowledge (yet), but I can offer my services as a copywriter should anyone need some writing done.
Other than that, I'm just excited to be here and be surrounded by some seriously motivated people. Thanks for having me.
