Hello BP Members -
My name is Kevin. I am a real estate finance & development attorney who recently moved to Cleveland. I am just starting to get involved in real estate investment, concentrating on a buy-and-hold strategy with commercial multifamily properties located mainly on the west side of Cleveland.
I am interested in continuing to learn from the collective experience of BP members, as well as continuing to build my team. Currently in search of a property manager, contractors, hard money lenders and future equity partners.
Looking forward to becoming a more active member of the BP community.

Lots of Clevelanders here at BP. I'm sure you'll be bombarded shortly haha. If you need a hard money lender, @Sean Richway, is a top notch guy. @Neal Mahoney has done two projects for me in the last couple weeks and I highly recommend him as a contractor in the area.
