Hey there folks. I just to moved to Baltimore, MD from Houston and am jumping in full-time into real estate. I was  managing properties for a company in TX, but am now looking to do my own acquisitions and start my own management company as well.. I got a long way to go, but am excited at the prospect of being my own boss and doing my own thing!

Hi David, I live in Los Angeles and enjoy flipping houses, but the market here in LA is pushing me out. I was thinking about investing in Baltimore after doing an extensive research. Maybe you and I can talk. I would like to have someone knowledgeable to go see potential properties and evaluate their condition and marketability. Let me know if that picks your interest. Best of luck to you in any case.
