Opened a new, single member LLC to get a property under contract and want to wholesale the deal. Can't assign or transfer contract, so plan on selling the LLC, that way purchase contract will remain the same. What contract can I use to sell LLC to rehabber?

The portfolio is being offered at $5.9 Million. This would be my first deal with commercial financing,as I have only done individual single family financing, so I am not familiar at all with commercial financing. 

Hey there folks. First -timer looking into a portfolio of Single Family homes for sale and not sure how to factor in the financing into the equation, as it would be a portfolio loan. Any help as to how to calculate the financing would be appreciated.

Hey there folks. I just to moved to Baltimore, MD from Houston and am jumping in full-time into real estate. I was  managing properties for a company in TX, but am now looking to do my own acquisitions and start my own management company as well.. I got a long way to go, but am excited at the prospect of being my own boss and doing my own thing!
