Hi All,
My name is Reza I just joined to learn more about flipping. I am particularly interested in the analysis tools and funding sources. My partners and I own a small construction company and we want to transition from regular construction activities to using our crews and subs to work on our own flips. I would love to meet local members and learn as much as possible. We have built single family homes from ground up and sold them and we hold a commercial property that we built ground up.
