Hello all,

I am a new investor in the greater Philadelphia area! I have been doing my homework and educating myself about real estate investing for the last few months and I am ready to start building a team and expand my network. I joined DIG last month and looking forward to meetings to come. I am hoping to connect with experienced investors so I can expand my network and learn more about investing in real estate. I would love to get to know the other local Philadelphia investors and real estate professionals! Don't hesitate to reach out to me!

Hey Joseph, I think before you do any of that you should define your goals and what exactly you want to do with RE. Do you want to flip, buy and hold, wholesale?
