Greetings one and all! My partner and I are developing our plan for real estate investing. Our ultimate goal is to have enough cash flow to quit our jobs and live abroad. We figure that we will need ~$1500-$2000 to live in Cambodia or Thailand. 

We are excited to be in this community and plan to learn as much as possible in order to move our idea into action.
