Newbie from Massachussets

Aloha BP,

My name is Mace'-o and I am a newbie in SE Massachusetts. I am interested in properties between the triangle of Fall River, Taunton, and Plymouth. I am looking at MFR (duplexes and triplexes) and SFR to first and foremost fix and flip, then build my portfolio with buy and holds, and as I build my experience to wholesale as well.

   I would love to offer my "boots on the ground" to those who are more experienced to increase my knowledge of how to play this game. 

    Check out my profile for more detail, but the short version is: I was a Realtor/Loan Officer in HI between 2004-2006, so I understand that aspect. I have also been a carpenter for 8+ years experience over a span of a decade and a half, so I have more than a basic understanding of evaluating the condition of a property.
