Looking at Indy
I am new to the forum and I want to invest in Indianapolis.
Anyone there in Indy? Advice on what areas are good areas?
Thank you

@Brian Son welcome to BP and Indy!
Most areas are decent [even though we are very street by street here].
As a rule of thumb, for starters - I suggest sticking with post 1945 built homes that rent for $700+. I would also stay away from small multi units as well - IMHO
- it's always good to see another Investor utilizing this great site!
Of course, you need to read The Ultimate Beginners Guide to REI here on BP
