@Jeb Brilliant Hey Jeb! This sounds like a great event but since I am along the wrong side of traffic I won't be able to make it. Definitely a great place for new and experienced investors as Jeb was a wealth of knowledge and helpful at another event.

Make time to go if you are close by as you will not regret.

Not an expert here but maybe you should explore paying off the debt with the highest interest rate first. Even though you get to write that off, money saved from the interest could be a great return.

Thanks @Account Closed for the pointers. I will continue to do my homework and will be in Indy this labor day weekend. I would like to team up with people so that investing in indy will be a win win situation. PM me if you wouldn't mind meeting and we can go from there.

Thanks again

I am new to the forum and I want to invest in Indianapolis.

Anyone there in Indy? Advice on what areas are good areas?

Thank you
