Wholesaling

Hello Everyone. My name is Jade, I have recently become interested in wholesaling and real estate investing in general. I am looking for a mentor or someone to get advice from in the DMV area. I don't have a lot of resources but I'm very eager to learn. I'm just not to sure where to start. I've watch plenty of videos and wholesaling seems like the best fit for me but the idea of having rental property one day also excites me.

There is a ton of great information and people on the forums!! Writing this post and looking for a mentor are great first steps for success. There is a good bit of people on here from DMV area. Keep active and good luck!
