Hello Everyone. My name is Jade, I have recently become interested in wholesaling and real estate investing in general. I am looking for a mentor or someone to get advice from in the DMV area. I don't have a lot of resources but I'm very eager to learn. I'm just not to sure where to start. I've watch plenty of videos and wholesaling seems like the best fit for me but the idea of having rental property one day also excites me.
