Looking to learn to Buy & Hold property
Hi my name is Juan and I am looking to learn how to do a few "subject to" and "master lease" deals and then to advance into the"buy and hold" strategy. If you have any advice, I am ready to listen. Thanks :-)

Hey @Juan Francisco im new to BP aswell and would love to learn more about buy and hold strategies as well.....I always felt weird about the whole "Subject to" thing....would the liability still stay on the seller if payments werent made? why would they agree to making that type of deal?
