New Investor - Chicago-land Area
Hello BP Community!
My name is Bradley Calvin and I am a new investor from the northwest Chicago suburbs. I just want to say that I think the whole concept of this site and community is fantastic and immensely beneficial. I look forward to learning from and providing value to other BP members!
My initial focus is on rental properties (SFH that needs updating, at least 3 beds and 2 baths, $200-300k, and in the NW Chicago suburbs).
But I'm wondering if there are any Chicago-land investors who would be so kind as to give recommendations for a good real estate attorney, preferably located in the northwest burbs and who is experienced in creative real estate transactions. I'm sure your attorney would love the referral!!
I'm excited to join this community and to talk, read, and learn about real estate!
