New Investor - Chicago-land Area

Hello BP Community! My name is Bradley Calvin and I am a new investor from the northwest Chicago suburbs. I just want to say that I think the whole concept of this site and community is fantastic and immensely beneficial. I look forward to learning from and providing value to other BP members! My initial focus is on rental properties (SFH that needs updating, at least 3 beds and 2 baths, $200-300k, and in the NW Chicago suburbs). But I'm wondering if there are any Chicago-land investors who would be so kind as to give recommendations for a good real estate attorney, preferably located in the northwest burbs and who is experienced in creative real estate transactions.
