I'm a newbie from Overland Park, KS. My main interests are rehabbing and acquiring multi-unit dwellings for passive income. I also pursue wholesale opportunities. I'm new to the forum and relatively new to the business with a couple of flips completed. I would like to increase the number of flips to 10 a year, and obtain a good passive income from rentals.
