Are you buying in Johnson county?

Thanks, Alex!

Any explanation why do you think tenant are more serious in Jan-Feb?

I was also thinking that if I want the lease to end in high-demand season I can craft the leasing agreement for half-year or year and a half.

I'm wondering if I should wait until May-June which I heard is better in terms of demand or find tenant in Jan-Feb when the property (SFR) becomes available. Thoughts?

I'm in Overland Park, KS

Hey BiggerPockets community - can anyone recommend an outstanding Business Attorney in Johnson County Kansas? My partner and I are in need of an LLC Operating Agreement carefully drafted and tailored for our REI goals. Any contacts shared would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your response! I will definitely check out NAEA.org

So when you say that LLC has to assume the loan - what exactly does it mean?

What kind of documentation is needed to show that loan assumption?

Can this assumption happen after we close I presume?

Hi, I'm looking for investor-friendly CPA in Overland Park, KS area.

One of my immediate questions is how my LLC (partnership with two partners) can write-off interest paid on a mortgage that I took on my name?

Looking for a good advice and generally looking for a great CPA to do my taxes.

Thanks!

I like how you set the goal - to build an EMPIRE! Pretty awesome!

I'm in the same boat as you're, have a little bit of cash savings and have similar goals to build a massive passive income stream. Don't know how to start yet )) Podcasts are awesome. forum is great, just need to pull the trigger. Good luck to you!
