My wife and I recently joined Bigger Pockets and find this website to be an awesome source of information.
We are looking to do BRRRR or a flip depending on what we find in the market. So far we have kicked off a HELOC, started an LLC and have been studying the area market for the type of deals we are looking for.
Our intent is to build cash flow as well diversify some of our income and experience.
