@Christina Berry Sure, I have yet to attend any REI group meetings but would be open to something local. @Patrick Burch had mentioned Akron REIA and a meetup out of Cleveland.

@Patrick Burch, my wife and I have recently started out in the Wadsworth area and get the keys to our first rental next Tuesday.  There is tons of work to be done on it.  Maybe we could network some night and swap notes on recommended lenders, contractors, etc.

We are also looking for property management for a rental in Wadsworth, OH.

I agree, we could do a meetup at Panera some evening.  It seems there are several members from Wadsworth.

We are looking for the same thing.  We found a 4 unit in Brunswick that looks interesting but the specific location might rule it out.  Do you have other rentals in these counties?
