Noob investors from Sacramento ready to pull the trigger

Hello all 

Noob investors here trying to generate some passive income. We have an small amount of capital to begin with but have no clue where to start. We have been sucked in by Clayton Morris's podcast and are excited to get moving, but have no clue where to go from here. Turn key, Rehab, buy local, House Hack? etc...

Like @Jill DeWit mentioned BP is definitely a great place to be to learn about investing. There are definitely a couple different ways to go after investments. What are your investment goals? Are you looking for cash flow or more interested in a longer term strategy? How much time do you want to spend on these investments? Are you capital constrained?

Great to hear more info and then some people can chime in with more specific advice that might work well for you!
