Investor moving to Chicago, IL
Hi Everyone,
I am a new member of BP but have been a real estate investor for 10+ years. I plan to move to Chicago, IL and am looking for advice about desirable areas within 30 minutes commute of downtown Chicago. I am planning to buy a small multi family property (duplex, triplex, or quad) and house hack by staying in one unit while renting others. Any advice anyone can provide will be really appreciated.
