Large multi family home in Ocala, Florida for private sale. It offers an attractive 10% gross cap rate and 8% net cap rate. The home is 4,691 square feet with 9-bedroom 4-bathroom on a 0.83-acre lot. The home is turnkey for an investor as it is currently rented to three separate tenants with sufficient security deposit and good rental income. The home is priced at $599,999.

As an investor, you earn $60,000 in gross annual rental income (which translates to a 10% gross cap rate). As a further upside, the property has a 468 square feet shed which after renovation can be rented to another tenant for an additional $8,400 in annual rental income, increasing the net equity value by at least $85,000 for the buyer.

Hi Everyone,

I am a new member of BP but have been a real estate investor for 10+ years. I plan to move to Chicago, IL and am looking for advice about desirable areas within 30 minutes commute of downtown Chicago. I am planning to buy a small multi family property (duplex, triplex, or quad) and house hack by staying in one unit while renting others. Any advice anyone can provide will be really appreciated. Thank you.
