New Member in Grand Rapids Michigan
Hello All,
I've been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast for the last month or so, and reviewing everything else I can find online. I am interested in getting started in real estate and finding that first deal. My goal is to flip a few homes, and also in the future purchase a few homes to rent. I've been working full time as a civil engineer for the last 10 months since I've graduated. I'm working in the Grand Rapids area, and half of my time is split between East Lansing/Grand Ledge, and Grand Rapids. I'm looking forward to being involved in the community and meeting new people. Also it would be great to chat with a few people in the local area and learn opinions on the market.
