Great video. I'll be looking forward to following your YouTube channel.
This is a great thing to keep in mind, and I'm curious to see if this holds true for other people as well. I'm just getting started in Grand Rapids and hope to purchase my first rental in the next few months. I would be curious to see the information on the rental you have in Grand Rapids if you were willing to share.

Hello All, I've been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast for the last month or so, and reviewing everything else I can find online. I am interested in getting started in real estate and finding that first deal. My goal is to flip a few homes, and also in the future purchase a few homes to rent. I've been working full time as a civil engineer for the last 10 months since I've graduated. I'm working in the Grand Rapids area, and half of my time is split between East Lansing/Grand Ledge, and Grand Rapids. I'm looking forward to being involved in the community and meeting new people. Also it would be great to chat with a few people in the local area and learn opinions on the market. Thanks, Nick
