Hey Scott!

Welcome to BP!  The podcasts are definitely one of my favorite features of BP---I have been going back in time and plan on listening to every one of them.  What a great (and free!) educational tool for us!

I'm also here in Tucson and am just starting out in real estate investing. Hopefully we can connect ongoingly either here at BP or at the local REI meetings.
