I'm trying out Stessa. So far it has been OK. It imported my bank data well, it separates charges by property, and
it has a good base of reports. My main complaint so far is that it doesn't look like it has any customizability.

Patrick - Looking at the Schneider & Associates website it doesn't look like they do single residences. Have you used them for a single house? Thanks

I'm a bit of a web news junkie and I found this article interesting. It says Tucson houseflipping is down 18.2 % over the past 5 years. Mostly because foreclosures are drying up and their are a lot less houses below market value. From my perspective this is accurate. What are you guys finding?

@Gregg Pauly,

Remember there is one more 'R" - Research! There is a lot of new student high rise housing near the UA and things are rapidly changing in the area. In fact with the trolley downtown, 4th Avenue, and the university are blending together.
