Being able to assign contracts and earn cash without actually buying the property makes sense. I have definitely thought about buy and hold also, maybe just later on as I build some capital. And it's never come up at these meetings that the Ohio Regulators FORBID unlicensed RE Brokering? How do you intend on escaping being penalized? Or, do you just feel lucky...
