Multifamily Investor in Tri-State Area
Hello everyone,
I just wanted to introduce myself to the community. I live in Pelham Bay, Bronx in NYC currently looking into the tri-state region. My current niche is type B and C properties, 20-100 units. My goal here is to establish working relationships with high net worth individuals looking to increase their passive income from real estate secured investments or those interested in diversifying their investments with real estate.
