New investor from California
My name is Vincent Ballew and I am a 34 year old electrician from California investing in Indianapolis real estate with a buy and hold strategy. Currently I have two SF homes and I am in the process of closing on a duplex. My goal is to own as many units as I can and will continue to purchase units as funds becomes available to me. The bigger pockets podcast changed my whole outlook on life and gave me the motivation I have to pursue real estate investing.

Try Northwest Indiana too. We're about 2 1/2 hours north of Indy. A great B&H area and some great flipping towns in the area as well!
