New Investor from Wyoming
Hello everyone. New to investing, recently bought our first investment property using an LLC in St. Louis, Missouri. Purchased a 6 unit apartment building that is fully rented and am using a Property management company to run it. Looking to learn all I can about buying and keeping property, building teams, ect. My wife Lisa and I got into investing because of health issues and need income coming in incase either of us or both can no longer work because of said issues. We hope to retire from W-2 jobs within 10 years and travel while we can still enjoy it.
