Power Couple Newbies From Minnesota
My Name is Emily, my husband and I got interested in real estate investing this spring. We started an LLC, and have flipped one property and have rental properties. We hope to continue to build our portfolio of rentals and occasionally do a flip when we come across the right property. We have had some education on investing, and have been to a few seminars to expand our knowledge. We make a good team, he's the muscle and money man and I run the numbers, schedule showings, and make the design decisions. The best piece of advise I have learned in my short time in the market is, You make your money when you buy the property, not when you sell it!
