Invest in Sacramento and greater area
Hi All,
I am new to this site and is looking to go full time in real estate investing. My concentration is flip and buy & hold. I come from a real estate agent background with about 8-9 years and have great knowledge of the industry. I really want to take off in the Investment side and really break away from selling homes as an agent. I currently am active investor and have done a handful of deals. Aside from real estate, I enjoy golfing, vacationing (anywhere) and spending time with family doing new things. I am hopeful to meet tons of other investor in my local region and build relationships and grow myself by learning as and networking within my community and BP.
