Hello from San Francisco
Hello BiggerPockets!
I moved to SF right after college, been here for about 11years. Work in technology and always had a thing for real estate. Used to work as a temp associate for Toll Brothers in college days in Northern Virginia, was fascinated by the process of building houses etc., Bought my first property (Condo) in 2011, sold it a couple of weeks ago. Bought my first rental unit in SF in 2015, fixed it up and turned it in to a duplex, loved the process and been happy with it so far. Happy to share my experience with the rehab process, might make a post about that in couple of days.
Found out about BiggerPockets couple of months ago, been listening to the podcasts and would love to meet like minded folks and learn more about real estate investing.
