Hey BP Community,

I am a new member in the San Diego area; and I'm looking for any advice on getting started in real estate investing! I'm looking to network with other BP community members and get to know the market out here a little better. If anyone has any advice on local real estate groups that I should join to meet up with or if anyone would like to grab a cup of coffee one day, please let me know. I'm very ambitious and looking to get started ASAP!
