New member from Buffalo NY
Hello BP, after listening a few podcasts I decided to join and see what the forum has to offer. I moved to Buffalo 4 years ago and bought 2 properties (one single where I live and one multi-family in the city). I also bought an apartment in France that I rent with a property manager. I am interested to discuss real estate deals in the area and other related topics (taxes, market, partnership...). I should mention that I have a full time job and real estate is a side activity that I´d like to develop in the next few years.
