Hello everyone, 

I'm 25 years old and just starting out learning about real estate investing. I want to achieve my financial Independence as soon as possible, and after I just purchased my first house (primary residence), I took interest in real estate as a way to achieve my long term goals. Real estate investing has always peaked my curiosity, but going through the process really made me want to pursue the interest. 

Excited to be here and can't wait learn all I can!

Welcome to BP. I get an alert when Chattanooga is mentioned and it sent me one for your post. I am in Chattanooga too. We are currently "House hacking" in a duplex we bought in East Ridge as our first investment property. I can tell you BP is the place to be if you want to invest in real estate.
