New Member, Investor Hello from Miami Beach FL
My name is Vincent and I am from Miami Beach Florida. I have lived here for 22 years. I have a Real Estate Brokerage in Miami Area (and management) for 15 years. Since few years I wanted to stop this activity and simply focus to built up a multifamily portfolio (targeting apartment building class C+, 20 units and above).
I listen almost every morning, having my coffee, so many quality podcast from BP, and I am discovering this great community. It s a real pleasure, thank you Josh and Brandon you are doing something really great!
If I can help anybody from this community, I will. Networking is always pleasant and I am always available for a coffee if you are local. Welcome @Vincent Naurais! FYI, to properly tag people in your post, once you type '@' and then start typing their name, a list will appear with names starting with those letters...You have to use your mouse to click the correct name in order to tag them so they get notified that you are talking directly to them. Hope this helps!
