Hello all I've been lurking on the forums and watching the podcasts for awhile now and finally wanted to introduce myself. I'm a senior project manager and entrepreneur. I previously had a wine import business which is in the process of rebooting, as well as doing consulting on the technology side of commercial real estate construction projects. Having been laid off from my "real job" in August, I'm looking for the financial freedom and flexibility of Time that comes from investing in real estate. I've signed up to take the Weichert pre-licensing, 75 hour class starting next week so in two weeks I'll be on my way to having my NJ license.
